Cassie here with us you guys definitely know who she is she goes by blog a lot is um she's everywhere. Like you're everywhere.

And I love that you're everywhere.

Because I'm like, I know her.

And like every time I see you places with my mom,

I'm like, she's my friend.

And I'm so stoked to like tell her everything about you.

Yeah, and then the thing I always bring up to, I'm like, yeah, her dog came out like in her wedding in a little car and it was so well-behaved.

He was wearing a tucks.

He was and it was just the best time.

The wedding was so fun.

Okay, so the reason I want to invite her over is, you know, like I've been liking

the podcast, tell me if you guys like it or not, but I've been liking the podcast, which is kind of like

one central theme, because we have so many amazing friends that do amazing things.

Oh yeah. And so I always want to talk about the amazing theme first.

Then later we can always have like our friends come back and talk about all the bullshit like all the other podcast do.

Like for example I'd listen to Joe Rogan and him and Brendan Schaub like I could just hear

them talk for days over and over about nothing. I think it's so awesome.

But there's also a time where I'm like, can you talk to him about him transitioning from playing football to MMA? Like the real thing that makes Brendan so special, like him and then going from MMA to being a stand-up comedian and so with you I'm
