All right, everyone, you know we have at least two things in common with one another.

0:54.0

We are all patriots, and we are all living inside, bumbling by, and stumbling economy, and I know that a lot of you are asking the question in the midst of all of this economic insanity and instability, is it even possible to make wise and profitable business and investing decisions?

1:14.0

My guest today specializes in precisely that. My privilege to introduce you to Taylor Welch. Taylor is a super successful entrepreneur, he's the founder and CEO of five multi-eight figure brands ranging from online services to real estate, and he's here to show all of us, regardless of the economic or political climate, how we can all make better business and investing decisions, and he even has a free course he's going to be offering.

So make sure to stick it all the way to the end of the video. So Taylor, thank you so much for being with us today. It's great to have you, man.

It's amazing to be here, and it's an amazing time to get rich because when everyone else is afraid, that's the moment that you can advance the right way, so it's good to be here.

Yeah, yeah, little Warren Buffett advice that it's wonderful. I mean, if you don't mind, can you just give us a quick little bit of your backstory, what got you into entrepreneurship, and is this where you thought you'd end up when you were just starting out?

2:12.0

No, not at all. I never even in my wildest dreams had a goal to be an entrepreneur. When I was a kid, my parents recollect the story that I wanted to be a cowboy, that was the first thing, and the second thing is I wanted to be a pastor.

2:27.0

So I merged the two together, and I wanted to be a pastor for cowboys. This is a six year old logic, but I got that wish and I became a pastor in 2012, and I was in full time ministry and transitioned through a series of events into real estate. So in 2013, I was working in real estate and property management.

2:48.0

I still hadn't, I haven't even really considered being an entrepreneur. I just was maintaining properties for investors who had holdings in Memphis, and my wife at the time was a hairstylist, and I have a hat on today, so you can't see, but she's known far and wide for my hairstyle.

And she said, you know, you should learn marketing so that we can get some more clients in the salon, and that was the first time that I really decided to look into marketing. We put a campaign out to the market, and it worked, and she got clients.

3:22.0

And you want to know my vision at the time, I said, oh my goodness, we can get my wife clients, I can quit my job and sit at home by replacing my income through her salon. That was the extent of my vision, which is a worthy vision.

3:37.0

And she didn't really, she didn't like that. And so, and it didn't matter because as I started growing, I started becoming addicted really to the, to the performance and advancement and just growing in life.

3:49.0

It was the first time in my life that I had connected, okay, wait a minute, the things I do translate to the money that I earn and the security my family has, and it was the first time I ever connected those two dots together.

4:01.0

And so long story short, got into marketing, and I started making money by helping other people make money, which is like the old, you know, when you think of Jim Rohn or Zig Ziglar or some of the great or tours of our past.

4:15.0

I think it was, it was, if you have anything that you want, if you can help enough people get what they want, and that was where I got into the game.

4:24.0

It was basically helping other people create business lift, create income, create security, and the better my clients did, the better I did.

4:33.0

And so my clients obviously did really well because I did well, and then I had a problem.

4:38.0

I had to learn how to not lose everything that I made because of taxes and the IRS and giving everything back to the organizations that you call themselves the IRS.
