Illinois, good start on the road against Ohio State, but their defense non-existent in 83-80 loss to Nebraska.

Marcus Lawrence, game winning three with 0.3 seconds left. Wild game. Illinois only led for 16 seconds, though.

Price Sanford goes off in the first half.

Second time, a player has gone off.

A very good player has gone off in the first half against Illinois in the last two games.

Bruce Thornton did it last game, Kyle.

But 26 points, gave Nebraska a bunch of confidence.

Illinois comes back and ties it with a 13-0 run to end the first half.

But Nebraska comes out answers every, every single time.

Illinois made a run, tied this game, cut into the lead.

Nebraska had an answer.

I thought rink mass was fantastic in the second half.

Marcus Lawrence, fantastic in the second half. Jared Garcia, a career day, 10 points all in the last eight

minutes for Nebraska. Sam Hoyberg made some big, big effort plays down the stretch as well.

But Kyle, this just felt like, I told you after the game, this felt like a bunch of 24, 25 year olds

playing a bunch against 19, 20 yearyear-olds and a new team.

So I think Nebraska looked legit.

I thought they just looked connected.

Talent-wise, it's not the most talented team.
