That's the headline.

That's the CNN headline quoting a Martha's Vineyard resident

about the 50 illegal aliens who made it to the vineyard

after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis gave them free airline tickets

to the allegedly pro-migrant, pro-open borders,

liberal enclave.

They enriched us.

But I'm having a little bit of a hard time believing that.

If the migrants enriched Martha's Vineyard,

how come Martha's Vineyard residents made sure to round them all up

and ship them off to a military base within 44 hours of their arrival?

If the illegal aliens brought such benefit to the vineyard,

why not let them stay and keep enriching the community

for months and even years to come?

I strongly suspect that the Venezuelans who made it to Martha's Vineyard

would much rather eat lobster rolls by the water than languish in a military camp

at joint base Cape Cod, which is where the supposedly

inclusive liberals sent them.

The liberals contend that the Venezuelans could not stay

because you see everyone has left Martha's Vineyard for the season.

Now that's obviously not true because there seem to be plenty of residents
