Summary

This week Mathias and Daniel are sitting down with Rolf Warming, perhaps better known on this show as: "Shield Guy." Long time listeners will know Rolf as the author of the study Mathias loves to reference re-examining the practical use of shields in battle by Vikings from a martial arts perspective. Together with the boys Rolf will be discussing all viking weapons, but mostly shields, as well as going through a step by step process of everything Daniel did wrong when he made his own shield; as you might imagine the process is more complicated than it looks.

If you would like to read more of Rolf's work on combat and weapons you can find it at: Combatarchaeology.org/author/admin
