Today we're having a conversation with Dr. Rangan Chatterjee.

You would know him. He's the fellow off telly.

He's in that show Doctor in the House where he went and lived with people

and tried to explain to them how to live their lives better and get healthier.

He's also published a couple of books, The Four Pillar Plan, which was to try and, I think in America this is interesting.

I found this on Wikipedia. They changed, it was called the four-pillar plan over here.

In America, they changed it to how to make disease disappear. And then he's got a new book out

called The Stress Solution. Interesting man. That sounds like one of our old podcast titles on me

used to claim absurd things.

He, yeah, he's, what's it, I think, fascinating about him is he's a working GP.

He was and he still keeps his hand in.

Yes.

And that's what he's doing.

And so he knows a lot.

We have a fascinating conversation all about help, but also stuff to do with the NHS, which I think is good and sort of solutions to the NHS as we all know the NHS is wonderful um

organization yeah he obviously really cares yeah about what he does both on a sort of

I hate the phrase macro I don't know why but, but that, you know, the macro thing of,

yeah, of NHS and, you know, doctors and stuff,

but also specifically about his patients,

he really cares and finds,

he finds patient-specific stuff to do with them,
