Hey, everybody, welcome back to another mini episode. Really sorry that we didn't get this out last week, but, you know, things are crazy. School's starting back up. And I've got a lot on my plate, but I didn't want you to miss part two of this great interview with Jeff Webb.

Okay, so I'm a new seat. I say I'm a new CEO. I'm starting this company. I'm building my

business. I've got a decent size employee. Basically,

I've got 20 to 50 employees. We're starting to grow. I want to be a CEO that just sells something

and doesn't get into the market of political ideas. But my employees are, you know, Twitter warriors. They like being

on Twitter. They see the things. How do I balance? Not because we're, I feel like we're almost

in a place now where just to stay silent is an indictment, you know, draws indictment from people.

There are people who, you know, get mad if a

company doesn't come out. In fact, I saw a list once, I think, from Black Lives Matter that was like,

here are all the companies that haven't supported Black Lives Matter, you know? It's like,
