All right, there everyone. I am joined here once again by the real estate rock star, Jay Scott Shield.

You may have seen Scott on Fox Business Channel. He's a frequent contributor to the Stuart Varney program where he shows off his expertise in global finance and investing and expertise that he's kind enough to share with us today.

So Scott, it is an honor to have you back with us, man. It's great to be chatting with you again.

It's really great to be here with you, Doc. I mean, you guys are doing some amazing stuff, and you know, we are marching right in line with the ideologies that you're trying to bring back to the forefront of culture because boy, it makes a difference.

And as we all know, as we're living each and every day, elections have consequences. Those consequences have massive repercussions in the real lives of our American citizens and really the citizens around the world that rely upon American leadership to study what is a fairly unstable world.

Well, absolutely. And I should begin your man of faith family and freedom. And I hear on a personal note that your tribe has grown since we last talked. Is that correct?

Yes, it has. Thank you for acknowledging and bringing that up. We welcomed our sixth child, a little girl, Valentina Victoria, which means valiant and victorious. And she is, she's beautiful. She is one month old yesterday.

So God, we're doing great. And God continues to bless our family, mightily.

God bless her. God bless you guys. It's wonderful. Number six. Absolutely beautiful. This, that's actually a very interesting pivot into what I wanted to start off with you some questions about the difference between red states and blue states.

You're a, like I said, real estate rock star. And what I love about real estate investors, we're actually just talking about this a little bit before where our interview here.

You're generally devoid of economic abstractions. You're very tied to land to real estate, right? Tangible land, tangible assets and like.

When we look at, when we survey the United States politically, we are divided more or less like the whole world sees that were divided between so called red states and blue states, right?

Red states being conservative blue states, being liberal. How do you see that political divide impacting the, the unique economies of red states and blue states? Do you see a difference economically between what's happening in red states and what's happening in blue states?

Well, it's a wonderful question and the differentiation couldn't be more stark.

Wow. The, the valuations in states that are not necessarily respecting property rights that are going wild with tax and spend that are really undermining the fabric of the fixed asset class is what we like to call it when you talk about real estate or hard assets.

And then the attack, whether it's happening at a state level or federal level is palpable and these are things that are really the bedrock of the stabilization of the overall US economy.

72 trillion dollars worth of value is in the residential housing market and another 30 trillion dollars of the US net worth is in commercial real estate assets.

So those are meaningful numbers and the support and service industries, whether it's construction or whether it's management or whether it's finance, all of those industries play such a huge role that are interwoven into the overall fabric that is our economy.

Now, when we talk about the difference between red states and blue states, boy, I'll tell you there has been such a delayed effect caused by what we've done with the stimulus.
