Summary

Why is it that when something negative happens that it seems to set off a chin reaction of other negative things? It might not be tat more negative things are happening, it might actually be due to the fact that when you focus on the negative it will make it harder to see the positive around you. This is called inattention blindness and I dive into that topic in this episode.
