0:05.6	Today I've got a return guest, good friend of mine, Damon Bungard.
0:10.5	He's really opened my eyes the last couple years about the use of dogs, not in the traditional
0:17.2	hunting sense, but in the sense of using them for the ethical recovery of animals.
0:24.8	And I know a lot of us, at least for me, speaking for myself, when I ever thought about the use of
0:32.8	dogs in big game hunting, it just kind of had this negative feeling to me. And I don't know if
0:38.2	that was cultural, I don't know if that was peer pressure, I don't know what it is, but
0:43.6	watching people use these recovery dogs, I'll call them, has really opened my eyes. And since we've
0:53.5	started on YouTube in 2016, people all over the world are watching our stuff. And we have two
1:00.8	episodes out there. One, I did not recover a bear, one, I just barely grazed an elk and did not
1:07.5	recover that. Both of those I punched my tag and said, you know what, I'm done with my hunt.
1:12.8	All of the Europeans who watch those episodes got a hold of me, not all of them, but all of the
1:19.3	comments I got, let's put it that way, from Europeans. Ask the question, why aren't you using
1:25.5	recovery dogs? We can't, we're not even allowed to hunt without recovery dogs. What's going on
1:31.5	over there in the States? So in this episode, I'm going to have Damon on here because in the last
1:38.4	few years, Damon has really gotten into this. And most of you know Damon through Orion Coolers,
1:45.2	you'll know, you remember some of the past podcasts where Damon is, what do you call a snake guy?
1:53.9	Her pathologist, happy to, anyhow, whatever it is, that guy's crazy about snakes. He does, he
2:00.0	volunteers for all these crazy snake conservation catching projects. And man, I see him out there
2:07.2	with those snakes. I'm like, dude, you're not right. But this one here, I think when you listen to
2:13.1	this, you're really going to get a feel for how these kind of dogs and how this growing trend in
2:20.3	the United States is nothing but a benefit for hunting and hunters. And hopefully, if this is not
