Hey, everybody, Tom Woods here back from Christmas break. Happy New Year, everybody. There's a bit of an

echo here. I'm in the new house, and my office is very echoy so far.

So the builder of the house is on vacation. But when he gets back, I am going to get some

audio-absorbing panels on the walls, and we will solve this problem. But as the conversation

with Scott Horton goes on today, it gets better because I

discovered that if I huddle, if I put a large winter coat over the microphone and me, it cuts

down on the echo. Of course, I also cuts down on my dignity, but there's nothing I will not do

for my listening audience. So that's what's

going on with the audio. But anyway, Scott Horton is here. You all know Scott is a great, great foreign

policy expert. The Scott Horton show is a must listen. Check him out at Scott Horton.org. He is

executive director of the Libertarian Institute over at Libertarian Institute.org.

He is irreplaceable.
