I think it's idolatry because the image of God is erroneous.

They don't see him as being a consuming fire, they don't see him as the one that revealed

himself to Moses and said, you can't stand in front of my goodness and live, my goodness

would kill you.

And that's why God put Moses in the cleft of the rock.

God's goodness would kill him.

It's like a heinous criminal that's murdered a number of little girls, rape them and then

cut their throats.

What sort of judge would be passive?

A judge that stood, the judge that had a guy like, stand in front of him and be furious

and bring down his gavel with wrath.

And if he isn't angry and something wrong with that judge, he should be removed.

And his wrath is evidence of his goodness and God's wrath against sin is evidence of

his goodness.

You and I as sinners couldn't stand in the very presence of the goodness and the holiness

of God because it would spill over like grease lighting and kill us.

When you get a revelation of God's character and nature that produces the fear of God and

then you don't mark the fact of judgment that you tremble.

Paul said, we're for knowing the terror of the Lord, we persuade men, we should be warning

every man.

That's why this dumb modern gospel is so stupid and God has a wonderful plan for your

life.
