Thank you, Helen. How are you? I'm very well. How are you? I actually am in a very good mood. I do not know if I

deserve to be, though. Do tell. Do explain. Okay, so the other day, my washing machine broke. It would only

work on like half of the dial. So I called the

repair person. Repair person came. They said I needed a new timer and that the timer would cost

$275 and $175 to install. And that to me is a lot of money. I sent the person away and then I did a little

research and I found that I could buy the timer

for significantly less than $225 and according to a YouTube video installed it myself.

What?

You did some YouTube DIY?

Yes.

So I ordered the part and I took apart the machine as I was supposed to and I put it in and

now the machine does not work at all.

So I looked at the part, though, and it turned out that the part they sent was a little different than the one I thought I had ordered.

So I uninstalled the new part and put the old part back in, and the washing machine now works perfectly.
