episode of the year. In reflection of your 2022, I wanted to get on the mic today to make sure that

you know that you are on your way to much better and brighter things. You have to do things that scare you next year.

You have to get yourself out of your comfort zone next year. You're going to have to build a life

for yourself and set yourself up for success. Today I'm going to share with you ways in which you can do this. And if I can do it,

if my mom says you can too. In the last few episodes, we talked about five wishes, how to cure

loneliness, how to improve your life next year, and how to lose the weight. These are all things

that people look to every single new year.

They start looking up things like bar class, yoga, cycling, meditation, and yet they don't

follow through with practicing things like this for the rest of the year. And I don't want you

to get hard on yourself just because you don't practice wellness 24

paying to lose weight. I just know that if you eat well and you eat right and you cook for

never going to lose the weight, I'm chunky, I don't feel good, I am tired and sluggish all the time. I have no energy.
