And there's a possibility of attention right now. So much of society nowadays based on, I think, social media is me me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me, me.

Let me tell you something. When we make it about other people, the most valuable thing you can

give someone is your attention. What that creates right there is connectivity. You want to stand out

in a new job and a new situation, make it about the other person. Don't worry. Eventually they're going to say, enough about me. Tell me about you, but be

curious. Make it about them.
