Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, and today we're going to analyze a panic rant by MSNBC's Chris Hayes on how the conservative majority on the Supreme Court is destroying left-wing liberalism, so make sure to like, comment, and subscribe, and let's dive right in.

Here's the reason that six conservative justices wanted to make it hard for the EPA to regulate carbon, to weaken the power of the administration state.

The reason they're reasoning is they had six votes.

It's the reason when you're with a group of people deciding where to go to dinner, you know, if six people go, a lot of go there and three don't, that's the reason.

There's not a reason. You don't issue an opinion about where you went. You go there because you had the votes. That's what the court is.

That's what the court is. That's what it is. It just votes because it has the votes.

You know, I don't know who's been riding for MSNBC of late, but my they've been getting lazy.

This has got to be one of the most intellectually lethargic comments I've heard in quite some time, and that's saying something.

What is referring to here is the Supreme Court's recent striking down of the EPA, the Environmental Protection Agency's attempt at trying to enforce carbon emissions rules that Congress has repeatedly rejected.

In other words, as a federal administrative agency, you don't get to bypass the wishes of a democratically elected Congress.

That was the stated reasoning for the Supreme Court's striking down the EPA's carbon emissions rules.

Whatever rules the EPA enforces must be in accordance with the democratically expressed wishes of the United States legislature.

I mean, you can't just make up policies and then bypass the democratic process. It's called democracy. Chris, I thought you guys at MSNBC were all about that.

We saw something similar to the court's recent ruling making it harder for states to keep guns off the streets.

And of course, on the court overturned 50 years of precedent to end the federal right to an abortion.

That's it. They have the vote. They could do whatever they want unless someone stops them.

Why does he keep making faces? What is that? I mean, again, I think even he recognizes how bad this argument is.

And he's just trying to fill it in with some performative gestures, shall we say?
