Hey, everybody, Tom Woods here. I am getting close to the day when I'm going to be moving yet again,

but just down the street. The house I've been telling you about here and there is finally built.

They're just putting the finishing touches on it. So it's a matter of getting our

stuff over there and putting it in there. So today is kind of a logistically challenging day. So what I'm

doing is sharing a talk with you that you have almost certainly never heard before. This is from all

the way back in 2011, and it's on the topic of state nullification of unconstitutional federal laws,

which I have some association with because I wrote a book called nullification on this

precise topic, on the history of it and the constitutional and moral and strategic arguments

for doing it.

This particular talk was given in the Harriet

Tubman Theater of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in Cincinnati. What an

interesting venue for the Tenth Amendment Center to have chosen for this event. So anyway,

that's what you're going to hear. And some of these topics and
