0:10.7	Biden's approval rating has officially reached the lowest point of his presidency.
0:14.8	It's a dismal 30%.
0:17.4	And his disapproval rating is all the way up at 58%.
0:21.6	Biden is underwater in 48 states, including California, New York, even his home state of

0:29.0	The only two states in which Biden is even treading water are Hawaii and Vermont, and
