So the reason that statement to me is so profound is because what it's saying is even the knowledge of knowing it's empty and meaningless is empty and meaningless.

Today, Stephen sits down for a coaching session with Kim Ann Curtin, the Wall Street coach.

And it couldn't come at a better time,

because Stephen has been feeling like everything is kind of pointless lately.

I think there is no ultimate point to anything,

and I don't know why I'm even striving for anything,

because ultimately it means nothing.

But no need to be so bleak, Stephen,

because this is what good coaches do.

So if it is empty and meaningless, we are creating the meaning.

So if we're creating the meaning, why don't we create meaning that makes us feel good?

Kim also helps Stephen get more in touch with Stephen.
