We're also going to start by doing the mainstream media's COVID admission. Kind of a big day. Actually, well, technically it was

yesterday, I think, that was the five-year anniversary of 15 days to slow the spread. Ah, remember those

wonderful times. I certainly do. In fact, our first show here on Stu Does America was February 10th,

2020. Episode one, Stu does Bernie Sanders.

Mm-hmm. Remember those days? Ah, yes. And I remember coming in thinking we're going to have

this fun show. We can make fun of all these politicians and screw around for a while. And then

about a month later, there was no one here, except me and a couple of people for, I don't know,

a year plus. It was a weird freaking time.

The entire place shut down. Everything shut down in the country, basically.

Even the people that say, we never had a lockdown.

It still felt like a lockdown.

You know what the best part was?

Traffic. Nobody on the roads.

I would drive all the way here from work and not see a car

not only on my side of the road, but on the other side of the road. Remember, they're coming

this way, right? So we're talking like 10, 15 minute gaps in traffic in Dallas, Texas.

That's what it was like back in this time five years ago. And January 20th was actually the first case in the United States, but of course that escalated

kind of quickly.

And, you know, if you're a conservative, you probably look back at this and you say, gosh, we

...
