Summary
Ash talks about wtf was going on in Staten Island in the 80's?! The legend of Cropsey was passed amongst all the area's children, he was an escaped mental patient from Willowbrook State school, a mad-mad with a hook for a hand that abducted and murdered children. But the legend began to feel a little bit less like a legend and more like truth when children actually started disappearing. She also talks about the infamous Willowbrook State School. A young Geraldo Rivera exposed the horrid conditions that these people who had been discarded by society, people with severe mental and physical disabilities, were living in.
