Summary
Maybe this is you… It’s hard for you to admit the natural shifts in life because it means needing to quit something—and quitting feels like failure. (Spoiler alert: It’s not.)
Or maybe once you decide to end something so you can move on to something new, you just want it to happen already. Quitting the old and starting the new feels really good. “Why hasn’t it already happened?”
Here, we’re talking about the why—why it’s okay to move on from things. Even good things.
Tsh loves to quit things. And at first, Kendra thinks she’s bad at quitting. But by the end of this episode, she admits that maybe she’s not so bad at this after all.

| 1:23.5 | I'll admit I was a skeptic. |
| 1:24.7 | I mean, why do I need a box of smoothies sent to me? But they've put together ingredients I never would have thought of, like this one, which is one of my two favorites. It has banana, carrot, dates, walnuts, sweet potato, ginger, chia, vanilla bean, nutmeg, cinnamon, and coconut. I add some almond milk, toss it all in my blender, hit the smoothie button, and done. |
| 1:45.2 | I never in a thousand years would have put those things together, but I love it, and it keeps |
