In this episode, we're talking about quitting. What we quit, why we quit, and in my own case, if we even quit at all.

Ingredients are frozen at their peak freshness and the produce is all organic and unrefined.

And y'all, it tastes amazing.

I'll admit I was a skeptic.

I mean, why do I need a box of smoothies sent to me? But they've put together ingredients I never would have thought of, like this one, which is one of my two favorites. It has banana, carrot, dates, walnuts, sweet potato, ginger, chia, vanilla bean, nutmeg, cinnamon, and coconut. I add some almond milk, toss it all in my blender, hit the smoothie button, and done.

I never in a thousand years would have put those things together, but I love it, and it keeps

me full for hours, and I feel like a million bucks.
