episode to a handful of years ago now. And this is a topic. I was scrolling through Instagram

and I saw somebody, you see these videos that are so panic-inducing and just so, oh my gosh,

it makes your hand sweat and it's usually caving or cave diving. And that partnered or coupled with

another experience I had. I was at a spring recently here in Florida and I'm sitting there, you know,

enjoying the spring, which is just,

you know, the water out of the aquifer that comes out of, it's pushed out of the ground by pressure.

And this figure down below appears, to my surprise, and it's a scuba diver. And I saw signs that,

like, you can scuba, a cave dive in this spring. And I was so blown away. They came up and I saw signs that you like you can scuba a cave dive in this spring and I was so blown

away they came up and I had like a billion questions for them and so I looked back through our

archives I'm like have we ever talked about this and sure enough we did with Joshua Shouse

and Kurt did this interview and the audio for Joshua isn't great, but it's definitely listenable.

And it's such a unique episode.

I really, like we don't talk about this topic a lot.

But I thought it was super interesting, and you'd enjoy hearing a little bit more about

this sport and about this adventure.

And we're going to continue my growing slash endless fascination with water.
