Moon, I don't know if you had a chance to listen to episode 100 of this, but it was Lance Briggs interviewing Brian Erlacker.

Awesome interview that we got. So let's start with Brian Erlacker making the Hall of Fame.

He was elected, sorry, over the weekend. Moon, you had a chance to catch up with Erlacker last week.

What were your takeaways of your conversation with Brian Erlack or leading up to

Saturday when he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame?

Wow, Jay, Jamie. Actually, a lot of them just having covered him literally from the day he was

drafted and demoted and, you know, it was both personal and professional.

I mean, we're not supposed to be rooting, but there's a guy who,

I always took the measure of him by what he meant to his teammates.

You know, too many people will make too much out of how so-and-so is with media.

Well, how are you really with your teammates?

And I don't know in the years I've covered this team that I've come across too many people who are held in higher regard.

And I think you mentioned the sit down with Lance Briggs. Those guys, even were nicknamed Batman and Robin,

and that really pitomized a lot.

So I enjoyed watching it just because the obvious enjoyment, you know, remembering this

game or that game, and hey, you know, don't tell me you, I've never counted tackles.

Remember the Minnesota game?

And they're just laughing away.

And I thought, you know, there's a guy who enjoyed his craft, enjoyed his time, and just,

oh, by the way, happened to be one of the best ever at his position.
