Summary

The Blair Family has had a bunch of run-ins with the law and is known as a notorious crime family in Kansas City, so it was no surprise when Terry Blair went down the same path. After being released from serving 21 years in prison, he started targeting sex workers from June to September 2004. At the end of his murder spree, he had murdered 9 women.
