and your friends. That's all you can do. You're one person. You're not everybody. You got to reel it in.

You got to block it out. And you got to have a system. There are a handful of areas that I want to touch on today that kind of tie into this

intro that I've laid out.

First, the idea of luck, skill, and repeatability.

Second, emotion and social media.

Third, crystal balls.

Fourth, interesting treatments for COVID.
