We are going to have a, not an abbreviated episode of the podcast, we're probably

going to go a little, you know, a little more compressed than an to record about half hour or 45 minutes before the second day of the trial get

started and obviously we all have day jobs here covering news like this.

And night jobs later.

It was how, like till midnight?

I left the opposite 2 a.m. last night.

That's when things like, that's when it was kind of officially adjourned and the rules

were in a resolution McConnell's proposal for how the trial is going to go past

then and then Robert kind of swiftly was like all right that's all

see I'm embarrassed now because at like midnight I'm like okay I figure this must be done

obviously not quite but yeah the final amendments we can talk about this a little more

but I'm just kind of went quicker as a night wore on and people got a little bit more fatigued and was that

but that wasn't by agreement that just kind of worked out that way as each side

had two hours or you know there was two hours total to debate all of these

amendments of which they were

eleven total right and towards the end each side just kind of reserve the

remainder of their time basically like that it's interesting, those kind of things always remind me of

when I was a little kid, you know,
