0:34.5	want to go with this thing, but it does seem like the first milestone that's been reached or something.

1:00.4	All right. So today, episode 10, we will be talking about the one thing. There's a little bit of
1:05.9	irony to that since the entire series is about a whole bunch of things that can help us.
1:12.4	But in the end, it may boil down to one specific thing that you take into any given day or environment, situation,
1:20.9	or conversation. Here's the idea. Before you enter into any one of those, consciously on purpose, you decide what is the most important thing.
1:32.1	The one thing that I demand be consistent in this day environment, situation, conversation.
1:41.0	You decide that thing comes first.
1:44.0	There will be lots of things that are said and done. There will be lots of things that are said and done.
1:46.4	There will be lots of things that are felt. But I will make sure that this does not get compromised
1:52.4	no matter what. And, and this is a really cool part of this, I will make sure that everything I say
1:58.4	or do supports that one thing. It proves it and I will not let it be
2:03.2	compromised no matter what. Let me illustrate this with a few examples. Not too long ago, I knew I was
2:10.5	going to be spending the afternoon with someone that maybe I've had some issues with in the past.
