You're like though. You're not okay. I'm sort of not okay. All right. Let's just fess up, shall we? It's been a hard week for me and for not really any like specific life reason life is good life is the same as it has

been for a while podcast Podcast is awesome. You know, I feel fulfilled in a lot of ways. The problem, however, is that we just had a not even dramatic. We had a cold snap oh yeah shut up Alaska I can't with you how

oh my God God. But it's going to get down to 30.

When you had said cold snap before, I assumed it was like 20 degrees go die I'm sorry I didn't mean it but like and I was

gonna make fun of that like that is what I was going to make fun of that. Like that is what I was going to make fun of.

I know when you said 20 and then 10 I knew I had to be honest.

Because okay here's that thing.

I understand the problem is that I am not a cold weather person at all, and when it happens, especially if it goes from like fairly warm to like all of a sudden. I I suffer from some probably very mild seasonal

effective disorder but it's enough to wreak havoc on my daily life in my
