What up guys? This is Cody Boom Boom McBroom and I'm here with my boy.

reasons. We're going to get to the intro today. Just to show you guys a little bit about what we

wanted to achieve and what we wanted to give with this project. I'm going to let Theo Bowie take it

when we started talking about this a second ago. So really, you know, the idea behind mind versus

muscle was to get people really out of their own way in order to see, you know, results in the

gym and not just really in the gym because I think that how you do something is how you do everything.

And really what it stems from is kind of like my own personal fitness journey I kind

of bounced in and out of the gym for for years before I even showed up or even got on you know

like the personal training strength and conditioning coach whatever you want to call me before I

even got into that scene,

you know, I bounced in and out of the gym for, you know, three to six months at a time.

And every time I would stop for another six months to a year and I would lose all of those results and then look for a quick fix in order to get back in the gym.

So turn into supplements and things like that without having any real knowledge or direction of where I wanted to go. So, you know, this was really to provide

as much information for the listeners to this podcast to really, you know, educate yourselves on,

you know, what you can do in the gym and how you can continually progress and not go

through those, you know, three to six months periods of when you're going super hard.
