Hi everybody, it's Jody Moore here.

I'm a life coach, I'm a mother, I'm the owner of a company called Bold New Mom.

I'm really happy to get to talk to you today.

I just dropped my oldest two kids off at Ninja Camp and put my little guy down for a nap

and it's that kind of sacred time of day when you realize I could do whatever I want

for a minute.

And what I really want to do is talk to you today.

I have been writing a blog for about a year now.

Thank you to all of you who read it.

Hopefully it's helping somebody besides just my mom.

Thanks mom for reading it.

But what I found is that I really like podcasts and I like audio blogs because sometimes it's

easier for me to listen to as I'm running errands around town or getting ready.

I'm always listening to a podcast.

I kind of have this ritual where every Saturday afternoon or evening ish, I leave all my

kids at home with my husband and I go grocery shopping or I go just get a big cart and walk

around target and I listen to a podcast.

So I thought there might be some of you out there who might like listening as well.

And then there will be others of you who will be really disappointed because you'd rather

read.

So I apologize but you know, can't please everyone.

So I'm going to try this for a little while and we'll see how it goes.
