series of decisions that are very crucial and very important

and that Americans feel passionately about and it's not clear where and how

those decisions are going to be finalized Supreme Court oral arguments today

regarding laws that exist in 24 states so far to limit the kind of

quote care that you can get for a sexual identity for transgender people who

want at a very young age, below the age of 18, to get hormone suppressors,

to get puberty blockers, as they are called, or surgery to alter sexual orientation.

There was a very clear indication that there is a court majority supporting the state of Tennessee

and opposing the federal government and transgender activists who have taken the other side will give you a sample of

some of those oral arguments, some of which were powerful on both sides when the show proceeds

and as we proceed. We're also going to be talking about the shocking news

that yes, President Trump, President-elect Trump,

may be considering, according to many reports,

a replacement nominee for Secretary of Defense.

This comes out as more and more and more information piles up regarding Pete

Hegeseth and some of the problems he's had in his personal life, but also spilling over

into his professional life. And this is the really shocking estimate. He had been a leader of a group called for American veterans.
