Thanksgiving.

There is a new poll, which is interesting about the most favorite and least favorite holidays or days of observance, notable day.

They rate Super Bowl Sunday there too, and it's surprising about Super Bowl Sunday because it gets a fairly negative rating.

Where does Thanksgiving rate?

Once upon a time, and it's not so long ago, the attitude toward Thanksgiving was negative.

There was even a famous column done by Charles Blow about the horrible legacy of Thanksgiving.

And that's, of course, something that most Americans reject, thank goodness.

For instance, a Wall Street Journal every year since 1961 has been running these same editorials on the day before Thanksgiving, because they don't

publish on Thanksgiving. And the editorials have a very powerful message that is worth

renewing. There's also another new survey revealing the frontrunners politically.

For what?

For running for president in 2008?

It seems awfully premature, but there are some politicians who will be thrilled by the

results. Not necessarily me.
