And another great day in this greatest nation on God's Green Earth, a great day when the observance yesterday of the first anniversary

of the beginning of the Middle East War, the beginning of the Middle East War was an

unprovoked out of the clear blue sky attack by Hamas on civilians living in southern Israel. And it killed at least 1,200 people.

That was observed yesterday and it was observed by people on both sides.

So one of the questions would be when something is such a clear example of good versus evil, of people barging into homes and mutilating and

murdering babies, murdering parents in front of babies, taking small children, even children

below the age of seven as hostages.

There still are reported 100 hostages in custody of Hamas.

With all that going on, what do people who were observing the anniversary of that attack say

about it?

Do they acknowledge that the attack was evil?

That the attack caused suffering, enormous suffering, not just for its victims,

but for Palestinian people who were minding their own business and not participating in it.

There was no recognition of that at all, but there is a great deal of fine writing about the fundamental difference between good and evil that characterized what happened there a year ago. It's now one day more than a year ago, a year and a day.
