And another great day in this greatest nation on God's Green Earth.

It is a great day in terms of our legal system. It is the first time ever

that a former President of the United States or a current President of the United States

has stood trial on criminal charges. And that trial is already underway. President Trump has said precisely three words on the record so far.

The words were, well, they were all the same word.

Yes.

He is not saying yes to admissions of guilt or anything of that kind.

We will bring you up to date on exactly what is

happening at the trial. We have a reporter from Axios, Aaron Doherty, who's been following

it all very closely, who is going to bring this up to date on what is happening in the courtroom because this has been a obviously very

complicated matter. One of the questions would be, what do you do about the Access Hollywood tape?

And there was a decision that was upheld today

by Judge Mershann, who is the presiding jurist

in the Access, not the Access Hollywood trial,

but the Stormy Daniels Hush Money trial,

that trial, which has begun today, President Trump is going

to have to be there every day except Wednesday they're taking breaks. And he apparently has

signified and been very clear he wants to be there. He believes that he is standing up for something by being there, regardless of what,

that how tawdry some of those details might be.

In any event, Judge Mershan upheld a decision today to allow the transcript of a tape from Access Hollywood to be made available to the jurors.
