fulfilling his constitutional obligation to give a report about the state of the Union.

than you were four years ago? And of course, her

answer is a decisive no. There's another answer that's provided by Jonathan Last over at the

bulwark, and from a conservative point of view, saying that actually the question about whether America is better off is very clearly yes we are

in terms of a crime rate in terms of the economy in terms of unemployment and simply in terms of maybe, getting things done, they have made steps and congratulations to Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

They have made some real progress in moving us away from another government shutdown threat, which was supposed to hit us tomorrow
