Now, as I said, today we're going to talk about the incredible power of team.

And certainly in the multifamily real estate business, creating a team is one of the most important components

of that success. But larger than that, I'm going to tell you that as a human being, we're all

on the same team. This is never more obvious than when an area or community experiences a natural

disaster or a tragedy. And that's when you can really see what I'm talking about.

That as human beings, it's our instinctive nature to recognize we're all together on one team.

And it's a beautiful thing to see how people pull together to help each other. And I'll tell you,

you're seeing it right now in North Carolina with that horrific hurricane there. And I remember after

one of the hurricanes here in Florida seeing utility trucks coming

in from other states to help get power back on and I was just floored literally watching miles and

miles of these utility trucks driving into Florida and I remember I actually got a little emotional
