Summary
It's a new year, mamas and that means it's time to reflect on the last 365 days and make plans for the time ahead of us. I'm not into resolutions (as heard in a previous episode.) I concentrate on intentional goals and creating a word of the year that sparks purpose in my life.
Today's episode is dedicated to starting the year off right, without lofty resolutions that won't be met. Instead, I want to talk about purpose and how you can achieve everything you want in your home, your life and your relationships in this brand new year.
