Summary
To balance, by definition, means to distribute weight evenly or keep in a steady position so it doesn't fall. That doesn't sound like the kind of carefree and exciting way I want to run my business, run my home or mother my children. I've heard so much about "work/life balance" since I became a mother and entrepreneur and quite honestly, I don't practice it.
Whether you're trying to do it all and exhausting yourself by trying to walk the tightrope of work and home, or children and marriage, or work and personal, this episode is meant to encourage you to embrace the harmony of life through systems, not perfect and equal balance.
