And before we get started, I have wanted to say something about what I've been doing differently with my Apple Watch.

This might be a heavily Apple Watch influenced episode, by the way, people.

Just all the Apple Watch.

All the Apple Watch stuff.

Oh, my God.

There's so much of dirt on this.

You can't see it, though.

It's fine.

So I almost exclusively, ever since I've had an Apple Watch, have left it on silent because I don't like any type of loud, like, notification sound alert.

But I realized in the settings, wait a minute, you can, like, adjust the volume. any type of loud like notification sound alert.

And I've always found it too piercing or too loud.

And I had this idea for a long time. I was like, what if I just put it on barely even noticeable so that the sound is there,

but it's so incredibly brief and so incredibly silent that only really

you can hear it and people that aren't you, you know, if you're not, if you're further away

from an arm's length of the Apple Watch, you barely pick it up. I've been doing that for the past

couple weeks and I love it. So now I don't have silent on the watch anymore, but when I get a

text, it's just the ever most slightest in the background.
