1:42.8	Oh, at long last, I'd like to announce the upcoming Twilight Imperium Rules Reference 1.2.

1:53.6	We're finally here, folks. The day you've been dreaming for, for, you know, eons, with huge additions, like, if an ability uses the word then, a player must resolve
