You know, we did talk about psychology of survival and why it's important.

I told you the reason people live and the reason people die in survival scenarios overall is because of the lack of training.

And you know, training is a full spectrum experience where there's a learning process depending on where you come from,

depending on the institution that you've learned to learn from.

But you know, when people don't have the information stored to have an immediate reaction or an immediate action,

they potentially are put in harm's way.

They make the wrong decision.

You know, this doesn't have to be scaled to understand it in survival like life or death scenarios.

But you could quit it to your everyday life and stress.
