intention into the space that you've been living in every day through chaos, through emotions,

through ups and downs, and really through despair. Now I know every single day, week and month,

isn't horrible, it isn't awful, but when you sit down and you look back at the way

you've managed to take care of your job and yourself every day and every week, there hasn't

quite been a system, has there? And I can guarantee you for my own experience, just a few steps ahead

of you on the other side of living through

never having a system for how I'm managing my marriage, my children, my finances, my job, my house,

my laundry, my self-care, my food. And now having a system in place, there is one key tool that I use to keep all of it
