I was up in Montreal on a tour and I jumped this really technical jump to like a metal crate that had an overhead above it.

So it changed my landing technique, which caused me to slip on my feet.

And the drop was a nine foot drop to concrete and I was actually falling head first.

So in this point, that could have gone terribly bad. That could have been

anywhere from, you know, serious permanent injuries to even possible death. But I had been practicing

these falls and these slipouts enough. So I naturally found my balance kind of on my, on my butt,

and back flipped off the electrical crate and landed on my feet. I was definitely a little surprised because I was mostly watching my body and my muscle memory do that it was a little scary but um it was kind of cool to walk away completely uninjured Thank you.
