I'm doing all right. How's your day today? Anything exciting

happen? Besides getting a chemical spill, not much. A chemical spill. Do you want to give us a brief,

you know, update on that or what's going on or is it just

cleaning it out like this cleaning out a trash house we're going to flip.

Uh-huh.

I was carrying a box full of pesticides and I don't know like paint thinner and like all

this crab into the bottom of the box gave way and it fell and some chemicals

splashed all over me. Yeah did you happen to wash yourself off appropriately or are you still like wearing that?

No, I changed.

I was like two minutes late tonight.

I was just rinsing off out under the hose.

Okay, okay,, that's good.

Yeah, you may want to do that a couple more times

if, you know, that's some pretty caustic stuff, it sounds like.
