A 1972 Olympian who competed in the 10,000 meter event, Jeff Galloway is known around the world for his training programs for runners. Jeff spends time with us on this episode discussing what it takes to start and succeed in your running program. He also fills us in on what it was like to qualify for and compete in the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany. About four and a half miles into the race, I decided to do an accounting because I'd just been playing the game and enjoying it.
