And anyway, so I did this big fall, and I, you know, they wheeled me, they pulled me back up with, you know, with this winch and then we did it again.

And then later I found out that it was, you know, especially when you could watch the fall, that I fell, like I did the fall at 415 feet in about four seconds.

So it's pretty close to terminal velocity.

It was thrilling.

I mean, it was, I would always joke, like I would have paid to do that because, you know,

So, Gia, take a few minutes to tell our listeners about yourself and your connection

to rock climbing.

Well, I was always a really adventurous kid and very athletic and climbing trees and climbing

everywhere that I possibly could and didn't really discover climbing until I was in college.

I was a dance major and had a good friend who was an amazing slack line liner as well.

He did some really cool stuff and then got me into climbing or introduced me to it.
