We're back. It's another edition of the Just Thinking broadcast. I am Virgil Walker.

And this is exactly where my brother Dera would normally chime in and say that he is Dera Harrison.

And we would be welcoming you to the Just Thinking broadcast. Unfortunately today my brother Dera is out.

He's kind of in some traveling arrangements coming from the West Coast back to, I don't know if Atlanta is the East Coast, but he's making his way back home.

And in light of that he had asked me to kind of take it solo and unpack some things with you.

And so I'm excited to do that tonight. Of course I definitely miss being on here with brother Dera.

We kind of, we're kind of Batman and Robin. I let you figure out who's Batman and who's Robin.

And I'm sure he's going to say he's Batman. I'm sure of it. You know, and hey listen, I will play my role in whatever way shape or form it is given to me.

But with that said, my thought would be to get on tonight to share what it is.

We kind of talked about kind of teeing up and really talked about maybe too strong a word. He actually kind of,

he was on social media. He kind of clued me into an article about Kermit Gaznell and said, hey, this might be a topic for you during our time away.

And I thought, okay, no problem. That's in my wheelhouse. There's some both personal things I could share about the issue of abortion and the way of abortion ministry as well as discuss Kermit Gaznell in light of the fact that this movie has come out.

But, but also I want to push things through a biblical worldview lens. I really want us to look at this not only from what the media is not doing, but from what it says about the human condition.

And as we like to do on the just thinking broadcast, look at things, cultural political social issues through the lens of a biblical worldview. And so we're going to talk about that tonight.

And so with that, I definitely had a chance to on Saturday to watch some good football. I saw my OU Sooners did their thing against Texas Christian University.

But also in light of the fact that I knew my brother would not be on. I went on ahead and watched some Georgia Georgia Tech yellow jackets play Duke.

And maybe it was just the curse of me watching, but they didn't seem to fare too well. So I'm not going to talk about that other than let my brother know I did y'all let him know on Twitter that I did my job in that, you know, in light of the fact that he wasn't going to be around.

And our normal banter back and forth that I did give him a shout out for his Georgia Tech yellow jackets. And so, you know, he does me wrong with the, you know, moments of silence for me and all the things like that. So I want y'all to make sure y'all let him know I at least looked out for him with regard to his his favorite college football team.

With that said, I am excited about getting a chance to discuss this topic with you tonight, but I have to be honest in saying that my preparation for doing this particular episode was just really disheartening.
