We're back. It's another edition of The Just Thinking broadcast. I am Virgil Walker.

I am, Dera Harrison. What's your no-ohmaha? Even about everything, man. What's going on in your world?

Not much, man. You know, we're here in the southeast, right? So, Florence is still doing her thing.

Yeah, that's right. After a couple days of, well, really, more than a couple days of

wreaking, you know, not so small degree of havoc here, not in Georgia necessarily, but in the

Carolinas, especially North Carolinas. So, as we record this, let me just say,

out the top that our prayers, we've been praying for folks in the Carolinas who are, you know,

suffering really from the effects of what is the remnant of what was Hurricane Florence.

And, you know, some serious flooding you've got. I don't know, maybe even tens of thousands of

people without power right now. So, I want those folks to know who may be listening to the Just

Thinking broadcast that we remember you in this episode. You are not alone. You have not been

forgotten. And we're praying for you that the Lord will sustain you. You will maintain your trust

in the one who has provided for you even up until this event. And just know as one of my favorite

Old Testament verses state in Ecclesiastes 714 that in the day of prosperity be happy.

But in the day of adversity, remember that the Lord has created the one as well as the other.

Yeah, man, it's a good word. Yeah, that's a good word. So, I'd be encouraged, be encouraged,

my brothers and sisters, even those of you who are not yet, my brothers and sisters in that area,

God's common grace, covers you as well. Yeah. So, if you do not know the Lord, I pray that you will

heed his call through the words that you're hearing right now. This is broadcast and humble yourselves

...
