Music Welcome to another edition of the Adventure Sports podcast. Today we have Michael Pierce. Michael Pierce is a team manager for mucking for Michael's mom. He ran in the mud run called the Muckfest for the second year in a row this May 16th. He's also on the board of trustees for the Colorado and Wyoming chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Michael, welcome. Good morning, Travis. Thanks for having me. Yeah, no problem. So let's tell people a little bit about what Muckfest is. It is a type of mud run.

So can you go into a little bit about what that is?

Absolutely. It's, you'll probably hear me say this a lot, but it is a ton of fun.

That's, if nothing else, that's the big thing you should get from

what I talk about. But it's, it is a 5K obstacle course through the mud. There are anywhere

from 15 to 20 obstacles that they put up through there. And it's everybody, you know, every ability level can go through this.

So it's everybody from people who do this all the time and do some of the big things like

tough mutter and Spartan races.

And you can challenge yourself physically and really go after it.

Or you can be like me and you can roll off the and really go after it or you can be like me and you can

roll off the couch and go have a great time while raising money for a great cause.
